Organizational Contact Matrix. The Parties agree that in order for efficient and effective communication to occur, clear lines of authority and areas of responsibility need to be identified for each Party. The Parties shall maintain an organizational contact matrix that denotes the “key personnel” and their duties relating to this Contract, and Tables of Organization as described in Section 3.3 (“Deliverables”). Each Party agrees to promptly notify the other in the event of any change in “key personnel,” address, or telephone number. The Service Provider shall provide the Department 30 days’ advance notice prior to removing “key personnel” from the State of Florida People First account. The Department shall have the right to interview proposed candidates under consideration to fill the anticipated vacancy and provide final approval prior to hire.
