Organizational Efforts Sample Clauses

The "Organizational Efforts" clause defines the obligations of a party to use reasonable or specified efforts to organize, coordinate, or manage certain activities or resources under the agreement. Typically, this clause requires a party to take proactive steps such as assembling teams, allocating resources, or implementing processes to achieve agreed-upon objectives. Its core practical function is to ensure that the responsible party actively works towards fulfilling organizational responsibilities, thereby promoting efficiency and accountability in the execution of the contract.
Organizational Efforts. Except as set forth on Schedule 4.1(j) hereto, to the best knowledge of the management of CII, no organizational effort by any labor union or other collective bargaining unit currently is under way or threatened with respect to any employees of CII employed in connection with the business and operations conducted at any of the Kitchens.
