Common use of Organizational Expenses of the Issuer Clause in Contracts

Organizational Expenses of the Issuer. The Depositor will, or will cause the Administrator to, pay the organizational expenses of the Issuer as they may arise or, upon the request of the Owner Trustee, the Depositor will, or will cause the Administrator to, promptly reimburse the Owner Trustee for any such expenses paid by the Owner Trustee.

Organizational Expenses of the Issuer. The Depositor will, or will cause the Indenture Administrator to, pay the organizational expenses of the Issuer as they may arise or, upon the request of the Owner Trustee, the Depositor will, or will cause the Indenture Administrator to, promptly reimburse the Owner Trustee for any such expenses paid by the Owner Trustee.
