Organizational Experience. Briefly describe the history of the Bidder’s organization, especially regarding skills pertinent to the specific work required by the RFP and any special or unique characteristics of the organization which would make it especially qualified to perform the required work activities. Organizational Experience. Comment on the experience of your organization in performing construction audit projects. Give a brief overview of your expectations from Virginia Tech during this project. Provide an overview of the firms experience in working specifically with Commonwealth of Virginia construction requirements including the Commonwealth’s Construction & Professional Services Manual.
Organizational Experience. Offeror must provide a description of its organization’s experience and history providing Telephone Based Interpreter Services (including their familiarity with, and experience resolving, problems associated with this service). Offeror’s response must also include a description of its business location(s), size, areas of specialization and expertise, client base (including other currently held contracts or agreements with state and/or local government entities). The narrative must thoroughly describe how the Offeror has supplied expertise for similar contracts and must include the extent of their experience, expertise and knowledge as a provider of Telephone Based Interpreter Services.
Organizational Experience. The offeror shall provide evidence of its organizational experience that includes the breadth, depth, level and range of responsibility for programs, projects, and activities that involve passenger and freight rolling stock specifications, design, production, acceptance, evaluation, troubleshooting, operations and maintenance, RSAC participation, NGEC participation, ADA compliance, energy and environmental evaluations, performance enhancements to include EPA tier 4 compliance and hazmat transportation by rail. In addition, the offeror should provide evidence of its “real‐world” impacts in rail specific research by listing all technical papers and reports published in the last five (5) years.

Offeror’s response must also include a description of its business location(s), size, areas of specialization and expertise, client base (including other currently held contracts or agreements with state and/or local government entities). The narrative must thoroughly describe how the Offeror has supplied expertise for similar contracts and must include the extent of their experience, expertise and knowledge as a provider of On-Demand Remote Interpreting (OPI and VRI) and Document Translation services.
Organizational Experience. Points will be awarded based on the thoroughness and clarity of the response of the engagements cited and the perceived validity of the response.
Organizational Experience a) Provide a description of all relevant experience as required in the scope of the work with the state, county or municipal government and/or private sector. The narrative must thoroughly describe how the Offeror has supplied expertise for similar contracts and must include the extent of their experience, expertise and knowledge of Geological/Hydrological Services. All services provided to the public sector will also be considered.

Please note that contract history with the State of Maine, whether positive or negative, may be considered in rating proposals even if not provided by the Bidder.
