Management Approach a. Organization - Show the organization for implementing and managing the TO project through the use of an organizational chart. The proposed organization shall contain the responsibilities of each element shown on the organization chart. Identify primary personnel by name in each element. Show the lines of authority within the organization. If portions of the project are to be subcontracted (e.g., design of an energy conservation system), identify the subcontracted function, and which element of the contractor’s organization will manage the subcontract(s).

Management Approach. Understanding of the Requirement
Management Approach. Offerors shall submit a comprehensive Management Plan including identification of risks, risk mitigation strategies, contingencies, and Key Personnel Qualifications. The Management Plan shall include a qualified field and management team, including key personnel with demonstrated relevant experience to efficiently and effectively achieve the POs within the PPs and ensure quality services and deliverables. The offeror’s Management Plan shall demonstrate the requirements in the following order: • Efficient and effective management of team members and subcontractors including clear identification of roles, responsibilities, and communication strategies for key personnel, subcontractors, and other relevant team members ▪ Provide an organizational chart depicting above elements. ▪ Key personnel demonstrating applicable qualifications (as required in Section L, Attachment L-1) shall include: Program Manager, Senior Project Manager, Contracts Manager, Program QA/QC, Program Health and Safety Manager Program Chemist, and Public Affairs Officer. • Effective and efficient management of the work in order to meet the requirements of the PWS including management of multiple and concurrent events. • Relevant management experience with the remediation technologies proposed. • Procedures/processes to ensure services that result in submission of high-quality technical documents and deliverables. At a minimum, the contractor shall include procedures/processes that address the following: ▪ Change management ▪ Prime and subcontractor staffing management plans including which tasks will be performed by the prime contractor and which will be performed by each subcontractor ▪ Sampling and analysis ▪ Health and safety ▪ An effective communication strategy between stakeholders (Air Force, Contractor, Regulators, and Community). ▪ Procedures/processes to identify, monitor, mitigate, and/or address management risks.

Management Approach. Provide the Department’s Management Team the tools and process to make informed decisions, perform risk analysis,facilitate both internal and external communications regarding the Project, monitor and manage the performance of City- contracted consultant and of capital projects, monitor quality of work products, and provide progress reports on the status of the Program. The Consultant will not manage any City staff.
Management Approach. The Offeror shall describe, in detail, its overall Management approach and structure for this effort, the understanding of the requirement, and completeness of the proposed solution, to ensure that work described in the PWS and performed under this contract is planned and executed in a manner that will achieve performance requirements in the PWS. In addition, address the approach for managing multiple locations across the U.S. to sites of varying types and sizes. Management approach shall include, but is not limited to, the following:
Management Approach. ‌ The management approach includes the proposed program organization, including a description of how it will be directed by the program manager. The approach also describes how the applicant proposes to interface with Battelle, the Army, and Consortium partners. The work plan demonstrates how the proposed activities relate to the proposed project, enabling the reviewer to understand the work that will take place and how it will be accomplished, with benchmarks and milestones. The work outlined in the plan is achievable within the timeframe allotted.
Management ApproachThe Vendor agrees to assign one project manager to this contract and all future work. Email is preferred method of communication. A summary email will be sent to all project contacts after any on-site meeting.
Management Approach. AVI management approach to the proposed BATMAV Program is based upon the classic disciplines of Department of Defense (DoD) Program Management using an IPT structure and Performance Management to facilitate the planning and control of Cost, Schedule and Technical Performance. This section is organized to describe: 1) the placement of the program within AVI; 2) the overall structure of our program team; 3) position descriptions for the key management personnel; 4) our approach to work planning and performance measurement; and 5) our management plans and processes.
