The Buyer is a company duly organized, validly existing, with a good reputation, registered in according to the laws of , with all corresponding legal power and empowerment to buy shares of the Company as envisaged in this Agreement. Official documents on the registration of the Buyer, officially translated, but not older than 6 months from the date of signing the Agreement are given in Annex 9.
