Common use of Organizer Clause in Contracts

Organizer. Promoter agrees not to organize, promote, conduct, authorize or permit the staging of any other major motor racing event(s) at the track(s) designated hereinabove, without the written approval of CART, within the following period of time either preceding or following any Competition hereunder: three (3) weeks.

Organizer.
