Common use of Organizer Clause in Contracts

Organizer. Promoter shall provide at its expense all necessary personnel as required by CART for the conduct of each Competition hereunder(other than the CART staff and officials), and Organizer/Promoter shall assume all the responsibilities pertaining to workers, volunteers and subcontractors necessary to properly staff the facility for the purposes of the Competition and the public for each Event weekend.
