Organizers and Consumers. When this Merchant Agreement uses the term "Organizer" we mean event/content creators using the Services to create, list or promote events for consumers using our Services 1. to consume information about, or purchase tickets for events from Organizers ("Consumers"), or 2. for any other reason. O rganizers, Consumers and third parties using our Services are all referred to in these Terms collectively as "Users", "you" or "your".
