Common use of Original Creation Clause in Contracts

Original Creation. Contractor will defend, hold harmless and indemnify County from and against any damages and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and expenses) in any action for infringement of intellectual propriety rights with respect to ideas, materials and/or products used or provided by Contractor.
