Common use of Original Deposit Agreement Clause in Contracts

Original Deposit Agreement. The term “Original Deposit Agreement” shall mean the Deposit Agreement, dated as of September 29, 2003, by and among WFH (as predecessor to the Company), the Depositary, and all Holders and Beneficial Owners from time to time of the American Depositary Shares evidenced by American Depositary Receipts issued thereunder.

Original Deposit Agreement.
