Common use of Original Documents to Lessor Clause in Contracts

Original Documents to Lessor. In the event this Lease is assigned or if more than 10% in the aggregate of the Premises is sublet a duplicate original of the instrument[s] of assignment or subletting, as the case may be, shall be sent to Lessor within 10 days after the effective date thereof. Any assignee of this Lease shall assume the obligations of Lessee hereunder and a duplicate original of such assumption shall be delivered to Lessor together with the aforesaid duplicate original of the assignment instrument.

Any assignee of this Lease shall assume the obligations of Lessee hereunder and a duplicate original of such assumption shall be delivered to Lessor together with the aforesaid duplicate original of the assignment instrument.
