Original Indenture Ratified. The Original Indenture as amended by the Third Supplemental Indenture, dated as of February 20, 1986, by the Eighth Supplemental Indenture, dated as of May 15, 1990, and by the Seventeenth Supplemental Indenture, dated as of March 10, 1997, and as supplemented by this Nineteenth Supplemental Indenture is in all respects ratified and confirmed and the Nineteenth Supplemental Indenture and all its provisions shall be deemed a part thereof in the manner and to the extent herein provided, and the Original Indenture, as modified in the manner and to the extent herein provided, shall be deemed a part hereof as though fully set forth herein.

Original Indenture Ratified. The Original Indenture as amended by the Third Supplemental Indenture, dated as of February 20, 1986, by the Eighth Supplemental Indenture, dated as of May 15, 1990, and by the Seventeenth Supplemental Indenture, dated as of March 10, 1997, and as supplemented by this Nineteenth Twenty-third Supplemental Indenture is in all respects ratified and confirmed and the Nineteenth Twenty- third Supplemental Indenture and all its provisions shall be deemed a part thereof in the manner and to the extent herein provided, and the Original Indenture, as modified in the manner and to the extent herein provided, shall be deemed a part hereof as though fully set forth herein.
