Original Indenture. SECTION 4. In the event any Authority Bonds shall be purchased by the Company, surrendered by the Company to the Authority Trustee for cancellation and cancelled by the Authority Trustee, Bonds corresponding in principal amount to the Authority Bonds so purchased, surrendered and cancelled shall be deemed to have been paid in full.
