Common use of Original Indenture Clause in Contracts

Original Indenture. Article IV of the Original Indenture shall not apply to the Securities and hereafter shall be void and of no force and effect except solely with respect to any other series of securities issued under the Indenture; and, insofar as relating to the Securities, any reference to Article IV in the Original Indenture shall instead be deemed to refer to Article 6 of this Supplemental Indenture.

Original Indenture. Article IV V of the Original Indenture shall not apply to the Securities and hereafter shall be void and of no force and effect except solely with respect to any other series of securities issued under the Indenture; and, insofar as relating to the Securities, any reference to Article IV 5 in the Original Indenture shall instead be deemed to refer to Article 6 5 of this Supplemental Indenture.

Article IV VIII of the Original Indenture shall not apply to the Securities and hereafter shall be void and of no force and effect except solely with respect to any other series of securities issued under the Indenture; and, insofar as relating to the Securities, any reference to Article IV VIII in the Original Indenture shall instead be deemed to refer to Article 6 4 of this Supplemental Indenture.
