Common use of Original Indenture Clause in Contracts

Original Indenture. This Article 8 supersedes in its entirety Article V of the Original Indenture, with the provisions of Section 8.02 of this Supplemental Indenture superseding the provisions of Section 5.1 of the Original Indenture and the provisions of Section 8.03 of this Supplemental Indenture superseding Section 5.2 of the Original Indenture. In addition, each reference in the Original Indenture to Section 5.1 of the Original Indenture will, respect to the Notes, be deemed to be a reference to Section 8.02 of this Supplemental Indenture.

Original Indenture. This Article 8 supersedes in its entirety Article V 8 of the Original Indenture, with the provisions of Section 8.02 of this Supplemental Indenture superseding the provisions of Section 5.1 801 of the Original Indenture and the provisions of Section 8.03 of this Supplemental Indenture superseding Section 5.2 802 of the Original Indenture. In addition, each reference in the Original Indenture to Section 5.1 801 of the Original Indenture will, respect to the Notes, be deemed to be a reference to Section 8.02 of this Supplemental Indenture.

Original Indenture. This Article 8 supersedes in its entirety Article V 10 of the Original Indenture, with the provisions of Section 8.02 of this Supplemental Indenture superseding the provisions of Section 5.1 10.01 of the Original Indenture and the provisions of Section 8.03 of this Supplemental Indenture superseding Section 5.2 10.02 of the Original Indenture. In addition, each reference in the Original Indenture to Section 5.1 10.01 of the Original Indenture will, respect to the Notes, be deemed to be a reference to Section 8.02 of this Supplemental Indenture.

In addition, each reference in the Original Indenture to Section 5.1 5.01 of the Original Indenture will, respect to the Notes, be deemed to be a reference to Section 8.02 of this Supplemental Indenture.
