Common use of Original Issue Discount Security Clause in Contracts

Original Issue Discount Security. In the event that the Company issues an Original Issue Discount Security, the Company shall file with the Trustee at or prior to the time of the authentication of such Original Issue Discount Security a written notice, in such form as mutually agreed upon by the Company and the Trustee, specifying the amount of original issue discount that will be accrued on such Original Issue Discount Security in each calendar year from the date of issuance to the maturity thereof.
