Original Limited Partner Deemed Contributions. In the event the Original Limited Partner elects to defer any distribution of cash hereunder to be made to it pursuant to Section 5.2(a), then such amount shall be deemed to be an additional contribution of capital to the Partnership by the Original Limited Partner, which shall be added to the Original Limited Partner’s Capital Contribution to the Partnership and the Original Limited Partner’s Capital Account as established and maintained under Section 4.4.
