Original Pledge Agreement. The Pledgors and the Secured Parties acknowledge and agree that this Agreement amends and restates the Original Pledge Agreement in its entirety with respect to the Pledged Collateral and that this Agreement shall govern the rights and obligations of the Pledgors and the Secured Parties with respect to the Pledged Collateral from and after the date of this Agreement. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Original Pledge Agreement shall continue to govern the rights and obligations of the Pledgors and the Secured Parties with respect to the Pledged Collateral prior to the date of this Agreement.
