Common use of Original Power of Attorney Clause in Contracts

Original Power of Attorney. (notarised and officially translated in the English language by a competent public authority, executed by a duly authorised Director, appointing attorney(s)-in-fact empowered to sign, execute and deliver any and all documents necessary in connection with the purchase of the Vessels, as well as for the release of the deposit money and payment of the purchase price as well as any other payment due under the Memorandum of Agreement. Both Sellers and Buyers shall exchange to each other the above drafts of documents at least 7 (seven) working days prior to delivery
