Original Terms. (1) All business ceded and assumed hereunder shall be subject to all the same terms, clauses and conditions as contained in the original policies including all variations and/or extensions that may be agreed from time to time by the Managing Agent. (2) The said business and this Treaty shall be subject to all applicable Byelaws and regulations of Lloyd’s.
