[Original Texts; Official Texts. (a) This Act shall be signed in a single original in the English, Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian and Spanish languages, all texts being equally authentic. (b) Official texts shall be established by the Director General, after consultation with the interested Governments, in such other languages as the Assembly may designate.
