Originality and Title to Concepts, Materials, and Goods Produced. Contractor represents and warrants that all the concepts, materials, goods and services produced, or provided to the District pursuant to the terms of this Agreement shall be wholly original with Contractor or that Contractor has secured all applicable interests, rights, licenses, permits or other intellectual property rights in such concepts, materials and works.
