Originating IXC Toll Calls. This originating Toll Call requires switching by the local serving Qwest end office. If the QLSP End User’s selected IXC does not have direct trunking to the local serving Qwest end office, Shared Transport is required to deliver that call to the Access Tandem for delivery to the IXC.
