Origination of Leases by Dealers; Role of Servicer. For so long as Ford Credit is the Servicer, the Servicer will, on behalf of and for the account of each Titling Company, acquire Leases and Leased Vehicles from Dealers according to the Underwriting Procedures for allocation to the related Collateral Specified Interest. The Servicer will direct Dealers to originate Leases on a form providing for the assignment of the related Leased Vehicle by the Dealer to the applicable Titling Company.
