Originator Responsibilities. Company represents and warrants to Bank that all Originators for whom it transmits Entries have agreed to assume the responsibilities of an Originator as required by the Rules. Failure by Originators to meet those obligations may result in processing delays or rejection of Entries.
Originator Responsibilities. You agree that by using the ACH Services, you have reviewed and understand the Rules and Applicable Law regarding your responsibilities as an Originator, including the responsibilities under this ACH Services Schedule. You agree to assume the obligations and make the representation and warranties of an Originator in accordance with the Rules.
