OTAF and Actiview Products Risk of Loss. Notwithstanding anything contained in this Section 22 to the contrary, risk of loss as to OTAF and/or Actiview Products (as appropriate) will pass to the Owner upon delivery (and installation to the extent applicable) thereof to the Owner's designated location.
