Common use of Other Accounting Reports Clause in Contracts

Other Accounting Reports. Promptly upon receipt thereof, a copy of each other report or letter submitted to any Obligor by independent accountants in connection with any annual, interim or special audit made by them of the books of such Obligor and its Subsidiaries, and a copy of any response by such Obligor, or the general partner or sole member of such Obligor, to such letter or report.

Other Accounting Reports. Promptly upon receipt thereof, a copy of each other material report or letter (including the auditors' comment letter to management, if such a letter is prepared) submitted to any Obligor by independent accountants in connection with any annual, interim or special audit made by them of the books of such Obligor and its SubsidiariesObligor, and a copy of any response by such Obligor or any Subsidiary of such Obligor, or the general partner Board of Directors of such Obligor or sole member any Subsidiary of such Obligor, to such letter or report.
