Common use of Other Accounting Reports Clause in Contracts

Other Accounting Reports. Promptly upon receipt thereof, a copy of any “management letter” received by the Borrower or any of the Loan Parties by independent accountants that indicates, in the reasonable good faith judgment of the board of directors (or comparable governing body), as applicable, of the Borrower or any such other Loan Party, a material weakness in such Person’s internal controls or procedures and the management’s responses thereto.
