Common use of Other Accounting Reports Clause in Contracts

Other Accounting Reports. If the Company is so requested by the Trustee (acting pursuant to a Deliverables Notes from the Requisite Holders), (i) promptly following such request after receipt of such materials by any Credit Party, a copy of each other report or letter submitted to any Credit Party by its independent accountants in connection with any annual, interim or special audit made by them of the books of any Credit Party, and (ii) promptly after providing such response, a copy of any response by any Credit Party, or the Board of Directors (or other applicable governing body) of such Credit Party, to such letter or report. The Trustee shall promptly send to each Holder a copy of any such notice that it receives from the Company after Trustee receives such Deliverables Notice.
