Other Acquisitions of Notes. Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary contained herein, the Company may acquire Notes by means other than a redemption, whether pursuant to an issuer tender offer, open market purchase or otherwise, in accordance with applicable securities laws, so long as such acquisition does not otherwise violate the terms of this Indenture.
