Common use of Other Activities and Interests Clause in Contracts

Other Activities and Interests. This Royalty Agreement and the rights and obligations of the Parties hereunder are strictly limited to the Property and Additional Property, if any. Each Party will have the free and unrestricted right to enter into, conduct and benefit from any and all business ventures of any kind whatsoever, whether or not competitive with the activities undertaken pursuant hereto, without disclosing such activities to the other Party or inviting or allowing the other to participate therein, including activities involving mining titles adjoining the Property or Additional Property, if any.
