Common use of OTHER ACTIVITIES OF CONSULTANT Clause in Contracts

OTHER ACTIVITIES OF CONSULTANT. The Company recognizes that the Consultant now renders and may continue to render consulting and other services to other companies that may or may not conduct business and activities similar to those of the Company. The Consultant shall not be required to devote his full time and attention to the performance of his duties under this Agreement, but shall devote only so much of his time and attention as it deems reasonable or necessary for such purposes.

The Consultant shall not be required to devote his its full time and attention to the performance of his its duties under this Agreement, but shall devote only so much of his its time and attention as it deems reasonable or necessary for such purposespuposes.

The Company Client recognizes that the Consultant now renders and may continue to render consulting management and other services to other companies that clients, which may or may not have policies and conduct business and activities similar to those of the CompanyClient. The Consultant shall be free to render such advice and other services and the Client hereby consents thereto. Consultant shall not be required to devote his its full time and attention to the performance of his its duties under this Agreement, but shall devote only so much of his its time and attention as it deems reasonable or necessary for such purposes.

OTHER ACTIVITIES OF CONSULTANT. The Company recognizes that the Consultant now renders and may continue to render financial consulting and other investment banking services to other companies that may or which may not conduct business and or activities similar to those of the Company. The Consultant shall not be required to devote his its full time and attention to the performance of his its duties under this Agreement, Agreement but shall devote only so much of his its time and attention as it deems reasonable or necessary for such purposespurposes in the reasonable exercise of its duties, subject to the direction of the Chairman of the Company.

OTHER ACTIVITIES OF CONSULTANT. The Company recognizes that the Consultant now renders and may continue to render financial consulting and other investment banking services to other companies that which may or may not conduct business and activities similar to those of the Company. The Consultant shall not be required to devote his its full time and attention to the performance of his its duties under this Agreement, Agreement but shall devote only so much of his its time and attention as it deems reasonable or necessary for such purposespurposes in the reasonable exercise of its discretion, subject to the direction of the President of the Company.

The Consultant shall not be required to devote his its full time and attention to the performance of his its duties under this Agreement, but shall devote only so much of his its time and attention as it deems reasonable or necessary for such purposes.

OTHER ACTIVITIES OF CONSULTANT. The Company recognizes that the Consultant now renders and may continue to render consulting and other services to other companies that may or may not conduct business and activities similar to those of the Company, including servicing as a board member or advisory board member to such other companies. The Consultant shall not be required to devote his full time and attention to the performance of his duties under this Agreement, but shall devote only so much of his time and attention as it deems reasonable or necessary for such purposes.

The Company company recognizes that the Consultant now renders and may continue to render financial consulting and other investment banking services to other companies that may or may not conduct business and activities similar to those of the Company. The Consultant shall not be required to devote his its full time and attention to the performance of his its duties under this Agreement, but shall devote only so much of his its time and attention as it deems reasonable or necessary for such purposes, in its sole discretion.

The Consultant shall be free to render such advice and other services and the Company hereby consents thereto. Consultant shall not be required to devote his its full time and attention to the performance of his its duties under this Agreement, but shall devote only so much of his its time and attention as it deems reasonable or necessary for such purposes.

Consultant shall not be required to devote his its full time and attention to the performance of his duties under this Agreementthe Services or the Additional Services hereunder to Company, but shall only devote only so much of his its time and attention as it deems Company and Consultant mutually deem reasonable or and necessary for such purposesServices and Additional Services.
