Common use of OTHER ACTIVITIES OF CONSULTANT Clause in Contracts

OTHER ACTIVITIES OF CONSULTANT. The Company recognizes that Consultant now renders and may continue to render services of the same nature as it will be rendering to the Company to other companies that may conduct business and activities similar to those of the Company. Nothing in this Agreement shall prevent or prohibit Consultant from working with any other person or entity (a “Third Party”) at any time provided that the Third Party does not provide or manufacture gel based nutritional or supplement products Consultant shall not be required to devote its full time and attention to the performance of its duties under this Agreement, but shall devote only so much of its time and attention as it deems reasonable or necessary in order to provide the agreed upon services hereunder. The Consultant agrees that it will resource its obligations under this Agreement so that it is responsive to the Company and is able to meet agreed project deadlines.

OTHER ACTIVITIES OF CONSULTANT. Consultant shall not be required to devote its full time and attention to the performance of its duties under this Agreement, but shall devote only so much of its time and attention as it deems reasonable or necessary in order to provide the agreed upon services hereunder. The However, Consultant agrees that it will resource its obligations under this Agreement so that it is responsive cannot work with/for a direct counterparty to any company with a direct relationship with the Company and is able to meet agreed project deadlinesCompany.
