Common use of Other Activities of Member Clause in Contracts

Other Activities of Member. The Member may engage in or possess an interest in other business ventures of any nature, whether or not similar to or competitive with the activities of the Company. The Company shall not have any right, by virtue of this Agreement, to share or participate in such other investments or activities of the Member or to the income or proceeds derived from such investments or activities. The Member shall incur no liability to the Company as a result of engaging in any other business or venture.
