Neither this Agreement nor any principle of law or equity shall preclude or limit, in any respect, the right of any Partner or any Affiliate thereof to engage in or derive profit or compensation from any activities or investments, nor give any other Partner any right to participate or share in such activities or investments or any profit or compensation derived therefrom.
