Common use of Other Activities of Partners Clause in Contracts

Other Activities of Partners. The Partners specifically acknowledge that the Partners and their affiliates will be engaged in other businesses including businesses which may be similar to the business of this Partnership. Nothing in this Agreement shall be deemed to restrict in any manner the freedom of the Partners to conduct any other business or activity whatsoever (including, without limitation, the acquisition, ownership, leasing or sale of real property), without any accountability to the Partnership or to any Partner, even if that business or activity competes with the business of the Partnership.
