Common use of Other Activity Clause in Contracts

Other Activity. During the term of this Agreement and except on HemaCare’s prior written consent, Executive shall not (i) accept any other employment; or (ii) engage, directly or indirectly, in any other business, commercial, or professional activity (whether or not pursued for pecuniary advantage) that creates or might create a conflict of interest with the Company, competes or might compete with the Company’s business or negatively impacts or might impact Executive’s performance, as determined in the sole discretion of the Board of Directors.
