Other Additional Proposed Subcontractors. For any Subcontractor not covered by Section 2.4A or 2.4B and having a Subcontract value in excess of One Million U.S. Dollars (U.S.$1,000,000), Contractor shall, within fifteen (15) Business Days after the execution of any such Subcontract, notify Owner in writing of the selection of such Subcontractor and inform Owner generally what portion of the Work such Subcontractor is performing.
