Common use of Other Additions or Deletions Clause in Contracts

Other Additions or Deletions. MANAGER may direct CONTRACTOR to add or delete specific DIVERTIBLE MATERIALS, depending on new technology and market values. It is expected that the industry will change during the term of this AGREEMENT. CONTRACTOR may apply to suspend a particular item from the DIVERTIBLE MATERIAL list. The MANAGER will render its decision within thirty (30) calendar days, and inform CONTRACTOR, MEMBERS and AGENCY Board of Directors of the decision.
