Common use of Other Agreements of Officers Clause in Contracts

Other Agreements of Officers. Except as set forth on EXHIBIT 6.17 attached hereto, no officer or key employee of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries is a party to or bound by any agreement, contract or commitment, or subject to any restrictions, particularly but without limitation in connection with any previous employment of any such person, which has a Material Adverse Effect, or in the future may (so far as the Company can reasonably foresee) have a Material Adverse Effect. To the best knowledge of the Company, no officer or key employee of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries has any present intention of terminating his employment with the Company or any of its Subsidiaries and neither the Company nor any of its Subsidiaries has any present intention of terminating any such employment.
