Other Alterations or Resolutions. If the Business Corporations Act does not specify: (a) the type of resolution and these Articles do not specify another type of resolution, the Company may by resolution of the directors authorize any act of the Company, including without limitation, an alteration of these Articles; or (b) the type of shareholders’ resolution and these Articles do not specify another type of shareholders’ resolution, the Company may by ordinary resolution authorize any act of the Company.
