Other Amendments, Changes and Modifications. Except as provided in Section 8.01 hereof, subsequent to the issuance of the Bonds and prior to their payment in full (or provision for the payment thereof having been made in accordance with the provisions of the Resolution), this Agreement may be amended, changed, modified, altered or terminated only as provided in the Resolution and with the written consent of the Servicer. Prior to issuance of the Bonds this Agreement may be amended, changed, modified, or altered by any rider signed by any affected Mortgage Lender and the Authority and the Servicer.
