Other Amounts Payable. 36.1 In addition to the amount that the Guarantor is required to pay in respect of the Guaranteed Money, the Lender may require the Guarantor to pay (whether or not the liability of the Guarantor is limited): (a) interest under Clause 66 (Interest on Overdue ) on any amount the Guarantor owes the Lender; and (b) expenses and government charges like stamp duty and other amounts under Clause 70 (Charges, Expenses and Commission).
