Other Amounts Received from Franchisees. The Manager shall cause all amounts received, other than Collections, to be deposited directly into an account maintained by the Manager or its Affiliates (other than the Securitization Entities) and not subject to the Lien of the Trustee pursuant to the Related Documents.
