Other Ancillary Agreements. Effective as of the date hereof, each of Huntsman and Venator will execute and deliver all Ancillary Agreements to which it is a party (other than the Transfer Documents, which will be executed on or prior to the Effective Date to the extent not previously executed prior to the date hereof).
