Other APCA Conditions Precedent. Each of the conditions precedent set forth in each Other APCA (as defined in Section 7.4) shall have been satisfied or waived in writing by the applicable Other Purchasers (as defined in Section 7.4), subject to Owner JV’s right to extend closing hereunder as provided for in Section 7.4.
