Other Applicable Law. All payments and benefits which Executives receives or may receive in the future under this Agreement in connection with termination of this Agreement and his employment hereunder shall be conditioned on compliance with all applicable statutes and regulations, including but not limited to 12 U.S.C. § 1828(k), and the obtaining of necessary regulatory approvals, if any.
