Other Apportionments. Buyer shall receive a credit against the Allocated Purchase Price for the Xxxxxx Property at Closing in the amount of the Construction Credit. Amounts payable under the assumed Operating Agreements, annual or periodic permit and/or inspection fees (calculated on the basis of the period covered), and liability for other Property operation and maintenance expenses and other recurring costs shall be apportioned as of the Closing Date.
