Other Arrangements. 1. For any cases that are not explicitly mentioned in this Contract there are valid instructions of the Civil Code and Internal Directives regarding accommodation. 2. This Contract can be changed only in a written form after the agreement of both parties. 3. Both Contract parties claim that they have read this Contract thoroughly and had fully understood it prior to signing it. They also claim that this Contract was signed after mutual agreement and in accordance with their free will. The authenticity of this Contract is approved by the signatures of both parties. 4. This Contract is executed in two copies and each party will receive one copy. 5. The undersigned resident hereby gives the consent for SH to process the personal data of a resident for the purposes of the accommodation and the accommodation fees registration.
