Common use of Other Assumption Documents Clause in Contracts

Other Assumption Documents. Counterparts of the documents described in Section 5.2(a)(ii), (iv), (v) and (vi) duly executed and acknowledged by Buyer and in proper form for recording, assuming all of Seller's obligations under the Ground Lease, the Leases, XXXXXx, Developers Agreements, Material Contracts, Assumed Service Contracts, Mall Maintenance Agreement and other material contracts described in Section 10.11(c).
